IcePaste™ is the blending of ice cubes (at any temperature) with water which is then filtered off to leave a soft ice paste at a temperature of 0o Centigrade (32o Fahrenheit). IcePaste™ can then be used to produce all types of frozen beverages including fruit slush, smoothies, frappes, shakes, etc. Blending time is greatly reduced and the finished products are guaranteed to have a smoother finish.

Preparing IcePaste™ is a pre-prep task as shown below. The special IcePaste™ jug is filled with water and ice cubes to the levels clearly marked. Place into the One-Shot blender and blend on programme 4 pulse. After blending, pour into the IcePasteBox where all excess water is strained off and stored in lower storage tank. A full IcePasteBox holds enough product for 30/50 frozen beverages. The faucet located on the front of the IcePasteBox allows dispensing of the stored chilled water as required for other applications.
