McGill Technology Limited is the sole owner of all intellectual property as specified or indicated on this site. Such intellectual property is normally licensed to one of our group companies or on some occasions to other companies. Thereafter, these licensee companies either directly use the intellectual property themselves or license others, such as equipment manufacturers, product packers or marketing companies. Licensing can be for patent rights, trade marks or know-how in various forms. Outright sale of some of the intellectual property is also a possibility.

Licences can be in various formats; from simple non-exclusive rights to specific exclusivity. Licences can be for existing programmes already designed and proven or for a new programme that incorporates our intellectual property. We work closely with potential licensees to customise a programme to best suit their needs.
