Revolver System!

Clean and simple

The conventional way of blending is to place all ingredients into a blending jug, locate onto the blender, blend then pour or spoon the blended product out of the blending jug into the receptacle from which the customer consumes the product. The blending jug then needs to be washed prior to the next blending process, resulting in substantial waste, overheads and limited production. Yes, the investment in such blenders can appear attractive, but costs are going to be very high, giving low output.

The One-Shot Revolver blend-in-cup concept changes all of this!

We named the Revolver blending lid the SMART lid because it does all of the hard work and allows all else within the Revolver system to be so simple. The Revolver SMART blending lid fits directly onto the container that is then given to the customer.

The removable pull-off protective tab covering the straw hole is already pre-applied. One size of blending lid can fit various cup volumes providing the container rim size and taper angle remains the same.

Once loaded into the Revolver blender, the container is mechanically clamped in position during blending to give perfect control and releases immediate after blending. The touch-control panel allows you to select the blending time required. Parts that come into contact with the container and SMART blending lid are made from injection-moulded ABS plastic material to international standards.

RE-USEABLE LID

We understand for some markets and some applications that a reusable lid is desirable for cost reasons, and such a lid is a standard feature within our blending programme. By having several such reusable lids you can simply treat them as you would other items that require rinsing.

You can also blend-in-cup using flimsy containers by using the special support assembly designed for this otherwise difficult operation. Finally, a standard blending container is available for those applications where blend-in-cup is not required.
