Who we are
The McGill Technology Group headquarters are located close to
London in the South East of England. This is the home to all of
the development work that is now revolutionising ice cream and
frozen beverage throughout the world. McGill Technology Limited
owns all of the patents and other intellectual property that are,
in turn, licensed to it's group and other companies worldwide.
Subsequent to the first ice cream extrusion patents, that were filed in 1987,
our aim has been to offer the marketplace an alternative to traditional
soft-serve ice cream and beverage blending systems. 21st century concepts
that ensure that the sanitising nightmare is over, there is no waste and
equipment capital cost is kept to a minimum. No longer will the equipment
you install control what you can produce and sell – with One-Shot
you decide upon your products and One-Shot dispenses or blends it. It really
is that simple.
Quite understandably invention alone is not enough. The marketplace needs
to see such revolutionary ideas put into practice before they are brought
to production stage. So, at McGill Technology we turn our ideas into marketable
products matching your market needs.
To meet our aims we continually innovate. We invent to allow us, and our
customer partners, to control the future.
As was once stated in a great Hollywood movie: “If you build it they
